You will handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
