The Marketing Manager leads the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, print, and local channels to increase brand visibility, generate demand, and support business growth. This role develops campaign strategies, manages marketing programs and resources, and evaluates performance to optimize results. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on marketing professional who can translate business priorities into effective campaigns while managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders.

3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within home services, consumer services, or a related industry. Demonstrated experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong communication, writing, and brand management skills. Fluent with all aspects of Google marketing, social media marketing, proficient in CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software. Experience with B2C marketing, digital marketing platforms, including email, social media, paid advertising, and website channels. Ability to analyze campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing KPIs to inform decisions and improve results. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, timelines, vendors, and stakeholders. Lead generation expert- proven ability to drive demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and local channels. Translate business objectives into marketing strategies and campaign plans that support brand awareness, lead generation, and growth. Manage content strategy and execution across social media, email, website, and other customer-facing platforms. Partner with internal teams, vendors, and agencies to deliver marketing programs on time and within established priorities. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, lead generation, conversion, and other marketing KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Lead local marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and community engagement efforts that support market-level business objectives. Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across marketing materials and customer touchpoints. Develop and manage seasonal, promotional, and strategic marketing initiatives. Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities. Provide marketing leadership with performance insights, recommendations, and strategic support for future initiatives.

In-person hybrid role – Based in Lexington, KY with episodic travel throughout northern and western KY
