Locum Tenens Diagnostic Radiologist OpportunityJob Quick FactsSpecialty: Diagnostic RadiologyJob Type: Locum TenensFacility Location: Cleveland, OhioService Setting: Acute Care HospitalReason For Coverage: Supplemental CoverageCoverage Period: Starting 09/07/2026 – OngoingCoverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Coverage – No CallShifts Needed to be Filled: 1–2 weeks per monthShift Schedule: Monday – Friday - 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM - 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM - 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - 8:30 AM – 5:30 PMPatient Demographics: Adolescents, Adults, GeriatricsPatient Volume: Approximately 60–100 cases per dayPhone Consults: As needed% of Practice: General Diagnostic Radiology with optional light proceduresPhysicians in Practice: Diagnostic Radiology team coverageSupport Staff: RRA support, APP support for LPs/paracentesis/thoracentesisSpecialty Backup: Hospital radiology department support staffCase Mix: Inpatient imaging, Outpatient imaging, STAT imaging reads, Approximately 50% cross-sectional imaging, Workflow organized oldest-to-newest to prevent cherry-pickingRequired Modalities: General CT, Unenhanced head CT, C-spine / Level II trauma imaging, Ultrasound including 1st trimester OB, X-rayPreferred Experience: Abdominal MRI, Fluoroscopy, Fellowship training preferredNot Required / Excluded: Mammography, Neuro MRI/spine/stroke, Nuclear Medicine MSK MRI unless fellowship trainedProcedure Volume: Approximately 2–5 minor procedures dailyOffice Equipment: PACS: AGFA EI, Voice Recognition: Powerscribe 360, EMR: EPICTrauma Level: Adult II / III / IVEMR: EpicHospital Privileges Available: YesTravel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance CoveredRequirements: BC, Active OH License or IMLC, DEA, CSR, ACLS, BLS
