Lead Commercial HVACR Chiller Diagnostics Technician
Location: Dallas, TX (On-site) | Employment: Full-Time | Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually (DOE)

Your Impact- Ensure uptime and reliability of complex chiller plants (air-cooled, water-cooled, centrifugal, screw, and scroll).
- Own advanced diagnostics and complete tear-downs on large commercial/industrial equipment.
- Coordinate scopes, sequencing, and resources for major service projects and scheduled maintenance per agreements.
- Execute service contracts, quoted work, and demand calls—documenting status and results in app-based systems.
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders; translate technical findings into actionable solutions.
- Participate in a structured on-call standby rotation.
- Safely operate vehicles and trailers, adhering to fleet and company safety policies; maintain calibrated tools and truck stock.
- Source materials and issue PO numbers to suppliers as needed.
- Troubleshooting on 200–1,000 ton systems.
- Experience with centrifugal and screw machines from OEMs such as Trane, York, Carrier, and Daikin.
- Systems knowledge: VFDs, pumps, cooling towers, and BAS controls.
- Advanced grasp of service processes, techniques, and codes.
- Ability to interpret complex electrical and mechanical schematics and prints.
- 7+ years specialized in commercial chiller service.
- Proven self-starter who manages complex work with minimal supervision.
- Professional presence and strong written/verbal communication.
- Valid driver’s license meeting fleet safety and driving policy standards.
- Full chiller teardown experience preferred.
