About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President Regulatory Reporting and Data Management Business Analyst to join their dynamic and international team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the bank in delivering effective business solutions for data management, quality management information, and external regulatory disclosures. This role involves leading the analysis of stakeholder requirements, working closely with IT colleagues, and managing multiple initiatives to ensure timely delivery. The candidate will also be expected to proactively identify potential benefits, work with business users in designing acceptance tests, and maintain the traceability of requirements through to project deliverables. Candidates for this role at The Company should be educated to a degree level, with a minimum of 7 years experience as a Business Analyst in data-focused projects. Strong programming skills in SQL and preferably Python are required, as well as experience with Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a background in regulatory reporting within a banking environment, product testing experience, and a current Prince II Foundation or equivalent certification. The role demands a professional with excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and a proven track record of managing diverse stakeholders to deliver business requirements. The candidate should be a team player, with the ability to work independently, and have a strong focus on continuous improvement and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
