Building a vibrant Discord community for a social VR game, the contract Senior Community Manager will create engaging programs, manage player feedback, and collaborate with the development team while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build and manage a new Discord community for the game Create community programs to foster interaction and engagement among members Surface critical bugs and player feedback to the development team weekly Required qualifications 5+ years of experience managing a community of 50-100K+ members Expertise in Discord and VR live streaming technology Experience using AI to build Discord bots and analyze data Passion for gaming with a willingness to playtest in VR Collaborative mindset to work with diverse stakeholders
