Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in one of the most physically demanding areas of our facility. This role is responsible for loading and unloading materials, cutting products to customer specifications, order picking, and general material handling. Candidates must be comfortable performing strenuous physical labor throughout the shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Lift, carry, move, and stack heavy materials throughout the warehouse.
• Operate cutting equipment to process materials according to work orders and customer specifications.
• Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment.
• Verify product quantities and inspect materials for quality and damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, loading, material handling, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality is required. Consistent, dependable attendance is critical to the success of the team and this position. Candidates must be committed to arriving on time every day and maintaining a strong attendance record.

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour

Work Environment

Warehouse/Distribution Setting. Non-tempurature controlled environment with very physical work requirements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Smyrna, DE.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
