Hiring Profile
Requested Skill Set:

The role involves handling complex patients including those with trauma, burns, critical care needs, pediatric cases, cardiac surgery, and ECMO.

• Dose Edge IV Experience
• Pyxis Experience
• Meditech
• Vigilanz

Must have:

• Hospital experience > 2 years

Advanced skills needed:

• Vancomycin AUC dosing experience
• Aminoglycoside dosing
• Renal dosing
• Warfarin
• Enoxaparin
• Electrolyte protocols
• Heparin
• DOAC

Procedures performed on unit:

• IV verification
• Medication verification
• IV compounding as needed

Certifications Required:

• Virginia State Pharmacist license required

Dress Code:

• Scrubs - Silver/purple preferred
