Responsibilities Oversee multiple client engagements across various industries, managing budgets and deadlines Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and satisfaction Lead and implement change efforts effectively Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff; provide performance feedback and year-end reviews Participate in client management and practice development initiatives Attend professional development events, networking functions, and training seminars Support special projects as needed Qualifications CPA required Financial auditing experience required 5+ years of assurance experience in public accounting Prior experience managing client engagements and teams Industry experience in Real Estate, Construction, Financial Services, High Net Worth Individuals, or Entrepreneurial Services is a plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr Magnify
