Lead .Net Developer with Angular experience

Synechron is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead .NET Developer with expertise in Angular and SQL to lead a team and deliver high‑quality software solutions. Role Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 3‑4 developers. Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications. Implement front‑end features using Angular. Manage database design and SQL queries. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project requirements. Ensure code quality, performance, and security. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Participate in code reviews and team meetings. Deliver projects on time and within scope. Requirements Proven experience as a .NET Developer with leadership responsibilities. Strong skills in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core. Proficiency in Angular framework. Experience with SQL Server and database management. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS (preferred). Understanding of DevOps practices (preferred).
