Accounting Associate - Job Description We are looking for an Accounting Associate to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations and financial record management. Responsibilities:

- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist with preparing financial reports and statements.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities.
- Review transactions and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with audits and provide required documentation.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.
- Work with internal teams to resolve billing and payment-related issues.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
