Occupational Therapist
Embark on a rewarding opportunity as an Occupational Therapist in a school environment, empowering K-12 students to reach their fullest potential through dynamic therapy services. This full-time, onsite position spans from October 26, 2026, to March 30, 2027, with a 32-hour workweek across 4 daysallowing for some flexibility to meet your needs and ensure outstanding student support.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Massachusetts
- School-based OT experience is required, with comfort handling a diverse K-12 caseload
- Proactive in requesting licensure and prepared to present at interview
- Ability to complete CORI search and fingerprinting as required
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and direct service delivery skills
- Confident in conducting and writing progress reports and evaluations
- Must be willing to work onsite; remote or hybrid options are not available
- Ready and available for a Zoom interview as part of the hiring process
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12
- Assess and evaluate students' needs and draft targeted progress reports
- Deliver interventions as part of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all district and state requirements
