Responsibilities

Install cultured stone , natural rock , brick , and block

Perform stucco finishing
Tuckpointing , and repointing
Conduct framing and tile installation when needed
Handle chimney repairs , rebuilds, and restoration

Interact professionally with customers and represent the company well on-site

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Safely use ladders, scaffolding, and roof access systems

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on masonry experience preferred

Detail-oriented and proud of your craftsmanship

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all seasons

Valid Driver’s License (Required)

High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform construction tasks

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Pay & Schedule

  Hourly: $18.00-$20.00/hr (based on experience and role)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 40–50 hours/week

Additional Compensation : Tips, performance bonuses, referral incentives
