Position Summary

The Team Leadis responsible forproviding day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to assigned production team members while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and delivery expectations are achieved. This position serves as the frontline leader within the manufacturing operation by coordinating workflow, communicating priorities, andensuringstandard work processes are followed.

The Team Lead works closely with theHigh VolumeSupervisor to drive operational performance, develop employees, resolve production issues, and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Hours

3:30 pm - 12:00 am Monday - Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of assigned production employees.

• Communicate production priorities, schedules, and expectations to team members.

• Monitor workflow and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to established standards.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employeesregardingproduction questions and issues.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.

• Ensure products are manufacturedin accordance withcustomer specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Assistin troubleshooting production, equipment, and workflow issues.
• Escalate operational, quality, safety, orpersonnelconcerns to the Supervisor asappropriate.

• Train, coach, and support employeesonprocesses, procedures, and standard work.
• Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Ensureaccuratecompletion of production documentation and records.

• Support inventory accuracy and proper material handling practices.
• Participate in daily production meetings and communicate key information to team members.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Perform production work as necessary to support operational requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experiencerequired.

• Prior leadership, lead, or informal leadership experience preferred.

• Experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, or engineered-to-order environments preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Experience utilizingmanufacturing systems, ERP systems, or production reporting systems preferred.
