• Designated as a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Summary:
Discover a rewarding career at ARcare. We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and personable Clinical Quality Coordinator to join the ARcare team. In this role, you will support the clinic's mission of delivering high-quality patient care by identifying and closing gaps in care, assisting with documentation of quality measures, and coordinating follow-up services. This role serves as a bridge between patients, providers, and clinic staff to ensure preventive needs are met in a timely, patient-centered manner. They work as part of the clinic provider team and provides limited direct patient services. All front line clinical and/or nursing issues will be addressed by the Chief Nursing Officer/ Director of Nursing/ Sr. Nurse Manager/ Regional Nurse Manager.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, have a passion for healthcare, and be willing to learn about additional services available to ARcare patients.
