Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Springfield, OR. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living and instrumental skills while providing care in a hospital setting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Oregon Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in an acute care or hospital environment preferred.
• Clinical experience treating adults with medically complex needs and post-acute rehabilitation preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Proficiency with documentation systems commonly used in hospitals preferred.
• Experience with splinting, ADL training, and discharge planning preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
• Shift days: Days.

Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions that promote functional independence and safe discharge. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans. Document progress and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
