In-Home Sales Representative

Transforming Baths with Style, Affordability, and Quality

About the Role:

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales position uses advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
Participate in weekly sales training to continuously improve
Use our software to build personalized bath designs
Present pricing and close sales consistently

What We Are Looking For:

Excellent communication, people, and organizational skills
Experience in home sales is highly valued
Background in home remodeling or a similar in-home sales environment is a strong plus
Reliable transportation and local residency required
Confidence in presenting and speaking with homeowners
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
Outgoing and comfortable in social settings

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential . Your income is based on your performance and experience, making this ideal for someone who is motivated and driven by results.
