Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Collaborate with a supportive therapy team to create individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to maximize functional outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility and company policies
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment focused on rehabilitation and wellness

Qualifications

• Active New Mexico PTA license or compact privilege
• At least 1-3 years of experience as a PTA (SNF experience preferred)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Must be comfortable meeting productivity expectations (92%)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) rehabilitation knowledge
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules
• Time management and documentation proficiency
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
