HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities Recruitment Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions. Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Review resumes and conduct phone screenings. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Prepare offer letters and support the hiring process. Build talent pipelines and maintain a positive candidate experience. Onboarding Prepare onboarding documents and paperwork. Conduct new employee orientation. Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. HR Support Maintain recruitment records and employee files. Assist with OSHA training and HR compliance. Support employee events and other HR projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. 2+ years of Human Resources experience. Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, operations, or corporate roles is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with ATS or HRIS systems is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or 3PL industries.
