This role will handle property-level accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and CAM-related activities while working independently from the Newport Beach office. Key Responsibilities: · Prepare and review monthly property financials and supporting schedules · Perform bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations · Review accounts payable and property-level transactions · Complete CAM reconciliations and upload annual CAM charges · Allocate expenses across multiple properties/entities · Maintain accurate accounting records and support month-end close · Partner with property management and accounting leadership as needed Requirements: · 3+ years of Accounting or Finance experience · 2+ years of Commercial Real Estate accounting experience · Strong Yardi Voyager 7/8 experience · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance · Ability to work independently in a 100% on-site environment Preferred: · Tax experience Interested in hearing more?
