A well-established, full-service law firm with a strong presence throughout the Midwest is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy civil litigation practice in its Cincinnati office. Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft, revise, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence
• Coordinate state and federal court filings, including e-filing procedures
• Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and litigation databases
• Review and summarize medical, business, employment, and other case-related records
• Assist with fact investigations, witness interviews, and document collection
• Prepare discovery responses and coordinate production of documents
• Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial-related events
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, witness files, and courtroom materials
• Maintain case calendars and monitor deadlines
• Communicate with clients, experts, courts, and opposing counsel regarding case administration

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment
• Experience supporting civil litigation matters from filing through trial preparation
• Proficiency with e-filing in state and federal courts
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and deadlines
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced practice
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
• Experience in insurance defense, professional liability, employment, healthcare, medical malpractice, or general civil litigation is highly desirable
