Technical Architect

Client: Leading Water Technology & Environmental Solutions Organization Location: King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid) Our client is seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer to join their IT Development team. This individual will serve as a technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise software platforms, integrations, and business‑critical applications. The role will focus heavily on Salesforce architecture, middleware integrations, enterprise application development, and platform modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce technologies, integration platforms, and enterprise architecture while serving as a strategic advisor to both IT leadership and business stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to influence technology roadmaps, lead complex development initiatives, and mentor development teams across the organization. Key Highlights Lead enterprise software development, architecture, and platform modernization initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and integrated business systems. Design scalable, maintainable, and high‑performing solutions across multiple enterprise platforms. Evaluate and implement middleware, integration, and automation technologies. Partner with IT leadership to define technical strategy, solution roadmaps, and architectural standards. Lead requirements gathering, solution design, technical documentation, and development efforts. Guide code reviews, development standards, and best practices across the development team. Mentor junior developers and support continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve platform performance and scalability. Manage multiple technical projects while ensuring quality, timeline, and budget objectives are achieved. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of software development experience in senior developer, lead developer, or solution architecture roles. 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce implementation and development experience supporting enterprise‑level environments. 4+ years of experience serving as a Salesforce Developer, Technical Architect, or Solution Architect. Expert‑level understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Strong experience developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Salesforce platform tools. Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, ETL platforms, CPQ solutions, marketing automation platforms, and reporting systems. Proficiency with middleware and integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or similar technologies. Experience supporting data engineering and advanced integration initiatives including IoT, machine learning, and third‑party systems. Strong understanding of authentication technologies including OAuth, SAML, SSO, and identity management frameworks. Experience designing scalable solutions for large data volumes and complex enterprise environments. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, DODAF, FEAF, or similar methodologies. Strong understanding of data governance, data sharing, security, and visibility models within Salesforce environments. Excellent communication, leadership, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence technical direction and drive strategic technology decisions across the organization. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Technical Architect, Application Architect, or Platform Developer Certifications. Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Experience supporting DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑based application environments. Strong background in application integration, platform optimization, and enterprise system modernization.
