Tuesday–Friday Schedule | 3-Day Weekends!

Are you an experienced automotive Service Advisor ready to step into a leadership role?

Georgica Services is a growing, high-end independent repair facility in East Hampton specializing in European, luxury, and classic vehicles. We’re looking for a Lead Service Advisor who can deliver exceptional customer service, write and sell service at a high level, and help lead the day-to-day front-office operation.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll work directly with customers while coordinating with our Shop Foreman, Parts Manager, technicians, and ownership to keep the shop organized, productive, and moving forward.

What You’ll Do: 

• Serve as a primary point of contact for our clients and provide a high-level, personalized service experience.
• Write repair orders, build accurate estimates, and clearly present service and repair recommendations.
• Manage repair orders from vehicle check-in through final delivery.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Maintain strong sales performance while building long-term customer trust.
• Coordinate workflow with the Shop Foreman and Parts Manager.
• Order parts and utilize parts diagrams and available resources as needed.
• Lead morning huddles and participate in daily production planning.
• Help lead, coach, and hold the front-office team accountable.
• Solve customer and workflow issues quickly and professionally.
• Help keep daily operations running smoothly when ownership is not present.
• Maintain the consistent, white-glove experience our clientele expects.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• Service management or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong sales and customer-service skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work confidently with high-end clientele.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Team-oriented, professional, and dependable.
• Understanding of shop workflow, gross profit, productivity, and customer retention.

Schedule & Location: 

This is a full-time, in-office position Tuesday through Friday , giving you a consistent three-day weekend .

We are located in East Hampton, NY, on the far end of Long Island’s South Fork . Traffic can make commuting more than two hours each way during peak periods, so please consider the location carefully before applying.
