About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead the product team in the full spectrum of product development and management. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, enhancing user engagement, and maximizing revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision, and for interpreting data analytics and user insights to make data-driven decisions. They will provide leadership in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, champion user-centric design principles, and lead the development of new products from ideation to launch. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure that the product strategy aligns with the overall business objectives. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in product and product leadership roles, with a strong background in SaaS and a proven track record of owning key business outcomes. Applicants for the Vice President of Product role at the company should possess a combination of product and product leadership experience, with a focus on SaaS. Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Experience with agile development methodologies, product management tools, and a deep understanding of data analysis and user segmentation are required. The role demands a leader who can make high-stakes, difficult decisions in line with organizational values and ethics, and who is adept at moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution. A background in a startup to scale-up environment and experience with M&A is preferred. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of shaping the direction of the company's products and should be passionate about product innovation across the customer lifecycle.
