Overnight Cleaner

DESCRIPTION

The Overnight Cleaner / Front Desk Team Member is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility while providing exceptional customer service to members during overnight hours. This position ensures the gym is fully cleaned, stocked, and operational for the following day while assisting members, monitoring facility security, completing sales transactions, and representing the Los Campeones brand with professionalism. In addition to the hourly wage, this position receives an overnight shift differential for all eligible overnight hours worked.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Monitor building security and ensure only authorized members enter the facility.
• Perform routine deep cleaning, sanitizing, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and equipment detailing.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the entire facility, including fitness areas, locker rooms, restrooms, recovery areas, offices, and common spaces.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. while performing physical cleaning tasks.
