Supporting the NY-SUN program, the full-time remote Assistant Project Manager will leverage data management and project coordination skills to streamline processes and ensure successful execution of solar and storage initiatives. Key responsibilities Review and process incentive applications efficiently and accurately Draft, execute, and manage award letters, project modifications, and extension requests Assist in developing and organizing Standard Operating Procedures to enhance program workflows Required qualifications 3-5 years of relevant experience in project support or operational roles Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and NEIS database platforms Strong Excel skills and ability to learn new software rapidly Associate's or bachelor's degree in public administration, project management, or environmental services Ability to interpret and implement program rules from manuals
