Trusts & Estates Associate

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in high-net-worth trust and estate planning and administration, including knowledge of relevant Florida state and federal tax laws. Experience with domestic estate planning, including succession planning, lifetime giving, estate and income taxation issues, charitable giving; estate planning for retirement assets; and tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies is preferred.
