COMMERCIAL CSR ASSISTANT

Commercial Lines CSR Assistant for established busy independent insurance agency. Candiate should have at least 1-3 years of relevant P & C insurance agency experience, excellent phone etiquette, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work. Responsibilities include communicating with customers, prospects and insurance carrier staff via phone and email, processing endorsement requests and renewal policies, data entry, claims processing, issuance of insurance binder and certificates of insurance.
