Job Title: Associate Attorney - Personal Injury (Plaintiff's) Location: Beverly Hills, CA | Position Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity

A well-established plaintiff's personal injury practice in Beverly Hills is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful courtroom experience, direct client interaction, and the chance to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, primarily auto accident claims (mix of smaller cases and mid-value litigation).

Gain valuable trial experience by first-chairing smaller cases and second-chairing larger, high-value cases.

Work closely with clients, support staff, and a highly engaged supervising attorney.

Handle all aspects of litigation, from intake through resolution.

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of plaintiff's personal injury experience preferred.

Strong litigation and client advocacy skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

Desire to take ownership of cases and develop trial experience.
