Project Manager

Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects that require new or existing hardware/software deployments. Working closely with IT, this role will coordinate, schedule and follow-up on technology upgrades. In addition, as new technologies are introduced, this Manager will partner with the appropriate IT, Vendor and Business teams to identify the strategy and build roadmaps for implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT and our vendors to manage hardware and software implementations at the stores
• Prepare and update communications to the stores through our corporate intranet
• Partner with the stores and the store support teams to create implementation schedules
• Partner with IT to define the SOW for project deliverables layering in the impact to store labor hours
• Define implementation strategies including pilot, rollout and post rollout support
• Facilitate periodic updates of projects to the management team highlighting progress and risks

Qualifying Education & Experience:

• BA/BS in Business or Computer Science or PMP certification
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional organization skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Works well in a team environment
• Able to adapt in a fast paced constantly changing environment
• Proven ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Proficient in use of Microsoft office package. (Word, Excel, Access & Power Point)
• Responds to changes in the business requirements with the appropriate sense of urgency
