Our organization is dedicated to streamlining the locum tenens experience. Job Responsibilities

• Work a Monday to Friday clinic schedule across two locations.
• Participate in 1 to 2 nights of on-call duty each week, along with monthly weekend call.
• Engage in a general urology clinic-based practice.
• Rotate every two weeks with the current provider.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum commitment of 6 months is required, with a preference for 12 months.
• Must be credentialed through our organization.
• A clean malpractice history is essential.
• Valid medical licenses for Minnesota and Wisconsin are mandatory.

Working Conditions

• We offer competitive compensation ranging from $220.00 to $275.00 per hour.
• Compensation rates are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications. Rates include base pay and potential earnings from overtime, on-call, and holiday work.
