The Role

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-obsessed Director of Operations to serve as the engine of our Las Vegas operations. You will sit at the intersection of creative strategy, warehouse logistics, custom fabrication, and live event fulfillment. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love bringing structure to chaos, and know what it takes to execute flawlessly on the floor, we want you on our team.

salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Warehouse & Logistics Oversight: Manage inventory, venue equipment, shipping/receiving, and spatial staging for custom trade show exhibits, events, and activations. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact liaising between internal design teams, fabrication engineers, event planners, and third-party vendors/contractors. Event & Project Execution: Oversee production timelines, resource allocation, and floor management for live corporate and social events. Budgeting & Efficiency: Partner with executive leadership to manage operational budgets, forecast resources, optimize workflows, and maintain margin profitability. Team Leadership & Safety: Lead and mentor venue, production, and warehouse personnel while maintaining safety and operational standards.
