Provides a high-quality service experience by answering routine inquires and resolving problems that may require deviation from standard operating procedures.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;Handles customer correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiriesOffers creative Home Inspection leads to qualifying customersCultivates and maintains on-going customer relationshipsUses computerized system for identifying customer needs, tracking contacts, information gathering, and/or troubleshootingCommunicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issuesInitiates outbound customer service calls for various campaignsHandles incoming calls from technicians to provide supportWhat do you need?High School Diploma or GED1-2 years of customer service experience preferredAbility to use a personal computerBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and WindowsAbility to type 25 wpm preferredWhy Choose Us?A career with the Rentokil family of companies can be a professional trajectory filled with opportunity.
