Promotions Assistant – No Experience Needed | Indianapolis, IN

Full-Time | Paid Training | Immediate Start

Your first real job should teach you something. As a Promotions Assistant, you'll be out meeting people, representing brands face to face, and building sales and marketing skills that open doors for years to come. No experience? No problem. We train you from day one.

Your Experience Counts, Even If It Isn't From a Job

Captain of your soccer team? Active in a club or student organization? Volunteered in your community? Those experiences have already taught you teamwork, confidence, and communication, which are the things we care about most. We hire on personality and drive, not a long resume.

What You'll Do

  • Represent brands at promotional events and in-person campaigns
  • Start friendly, confident conversations with customers
  • Promote products and offers, and explain them clearly
  • Support sales and customer sign-ups
  • Work with your team towards daily and weekly goals
  • Learn something new every week through hands-on coaching
