In this role, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact, providing timely and accurate support while building positive customer relationships and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to customer inquiries and collaborate with internal departments to resolve service-related issues. Research customer accounts and identify account-specific needs. Process account updates, corrections, and invoice adjustments accurately. Support the sales team by responding to questions and fulfilling requests. Maintain accurate records while meeting productivity and quality expectations. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Required Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume customer service and data entry environment. At least 1 year of recent experience handling customer phone interactions in a corporate setting. Intermediate math skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong spelling and grammar. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the transportation or logistics industry. Experience using SAP.
