We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN) to join our healthcare and nursing team at our senior living community. This Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN) position makes a difference to our residents' overall wellbeing and happiness and brings peace of mind to families that their loved ones are cared for and treated well.

Shift Details:We are currently searching for an LPN / LVN to join our 2P to 10P / 10P to 6A shifts. Please note, this may change throughout employment as needed with notice.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or registered nurse
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assist with patient assessments and care plans
• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
• Document patient care and progress in medical records
• Communicate with patients and their families about care plans and progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

• Active LPN license or LVN license valid in the State position is located
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN or LVN
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to treat residents, families, and team members with respect and compassion
