Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes Setup and programming experience required Ability to read, write, and edit G-Code Strong understanding of GD&T Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience performing quality inspections and measurements Strong math skills including decimals and fractions

Job Duties: Program and machine precision parts from blueprints and drawings Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills, lathes, and grinding machines Verify dimensions, tolerances, and specifications of finished products Align, secure, and adjust tooling and workpieces Complete inspection reports, production documentation, and purchase requisitions Deburr, clean, and maintain parts, equipment, and work areas Communicate customer concerns and production issues as needed Produce high-quality work with minimal scrap and rework
