JOB TITLE: Per Diem RN WORK HOURS: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday as well as rotating On-Call nights and weekends and seeing clients prior to office hours and after as needed. DEPARTMENT NAME: Clinical REPORTS TO: Clinical Director and Administrator of Home Care and Home Health. Weprovidea wide range ofservices to help individualsremainin their homes.Someof our current client careincludesworking with clients with dementia,spinal cordinjuries,brain injury,andboneandjoint injury.Some of the nursing visits can include but are not limited toinfusion therapy,wound care, setting medications, providing injections, compression wraps, urostomy appliance change,and ventilator care.We alsoprovideCare Management servicesas well as RN Delegation. Preferred candidates will have a wide range of experience in many areas of nursing including supervising caregivers. We provide services with CARE-Compassion, Accountability, Results, &Expertise. We take private payclients,so the documentation is amazing and simple! Duties, Responsibilities, & Accountabilities Including but Not Limited To: RNHome Healthvisits Responsible for RN delegations and documentation.If youdon’thave experience with this, we can train you WritePlansof Care’s and assures they are being followed Observes client for changes in condition and reports such changes to Clinical Director Documents nursing observations, interventions and evaluations of the care beingprovided Doing assessments which includes opening new client cases Address emergent nursing issues Supervise Caregivers (CNA, HCA) byprovidingcoaching and training Clinical administrative work Rotate being on-call for urgent nursing matters via on phone or visits Qualifications – Knowledge Required: Must be an RN in the State of Washington and graduated froman accredited School of Nursing Mustdemonstratean ability to practice independentlyin the delivery of nursing care 2 to 3 years’ clinical experience; preferably in rehabilitation, home care, hospital, or hospice Ability to read and write in English Require reliable vehicle for use when traveling to worksites A valid Washington State Driver’s License Proof of current auto liability insurance Computer literate with experiencein different computer programs Strong grasp of legal and ethical issuespertaining toconfidentiality Creative, flexible, and innovative Commitment to excellence andhigh standards IND1 #J-18808-Ljbffr EverHome Healthcare
