Content Analyst

Talascend is currently seeking a Content Analyst for an opportunity in Franklin, Tennessee.

OVERVIEW

Responsible for auditing, rewriting, creating, and localizing knowledge articles to ensure accuracy, compliance, and relevance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Content Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining high‑quality content standards, addressing gaps, and adapting materials for regional needs while supporting organizational knowledge management objectives. Review and update outdated content. Create new articles to address identified gaps. Ensure compliance with templates, tone, and organizational standards. Localize content for regional needs, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, or related field required. 3+ years in content management or HR operations. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of HR processes and content management principles. Ability to ensure compliance with templates and tone guidelines. Bilingual preferred (English + Spanish/Portuguese). Preferred Requirements ACKMP Certifications with Knowledge Management or ServiceNow (i.e. Certified KM Professional (CPKM®), Specialist (CKMS®), or Auditor (CKMA®)). Background Check and Drug Screen may be required.
