Project Finance Manager, Renewable Energy

The Role: Project Finance Manager, Renewable Energy The Mission: This role will help drive capital raises, project finance transactions, and broader financing strategy while partnering with internal teams and external capital providers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with renewable energy or infrastructure finance, strong financial modeling skills, and an ability to manage complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Your Responsibilities (not limited to): Support execution of renewable energy project finance transactions, including debt, tax equity, tax credit transfers, structured equity, and corporate financings Lead financial modeling, valuation, diligence, and transaction analysis for renewable energy projects Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across commercial, development, legal, tax, accounting, and operations teams Prepare materials for investment committee and board approvals, including transaction updates, recommendations, and risk assessments Build and maintain relationships with lenders, investors, advisors, counsel, and other financing partners Provide guidance to junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the team An ideal candidate has/is: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of relevant project finance experience in power, renewables, infrastructure, lending, tax equity, or investment advisory Demonstrated experience building and reviewing complex project finance models Strong financial modeling, valuation, analytical, and capital markets knowledge Clear communication skills and ability to explain complex financial concepts to cross-functional teams A high attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines Strong ownership, professionalism, organization, and project management skills Curiosity and adaptability in a changing renewable energy market #J-18808-Ljbffr Ellement Group
