Pay: Starting at $20/hour during training + Unlimited Commission

About the Position

Complex Steel Buildings is looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales, earn uncapped commissions, and grow with a fast-paced company.

Experience is a plus, but it is not required. We can teach sales and product knowledge. What we cannot teach is a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with inbound leads
• Help customers design and purchase steel buildings
• Build relationships with potential customers
• Generate quotes and proposals
• Follow up on open opportunities
• Close sales and achieve monthly goals
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in an office environment
