Position Details As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Lake Valley Hospice, you will provide personal care and emotional support to patients and their families under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and homemaking.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and caregivers.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with completed training.
• Experience: Minimum of two years preferred.
• Skills: Compassion, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
• Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
