Key responsibilities include driving Seller experience, program adoption, seller enablement, and customization of payments and financial services offered to Marketplace Sellers. This leader will work closely with Enterprise Financial Services as well as other Marketplace stakeholder teams to drive adoption of new financial products and support associated operational execution at scale. The team works across Payments, Product, Risk, and Operations to deliver reliable payment solutions and financial services that support seller growth, marketplace performance, and a seamless end-to-end experience. This is a highly collaborative team driving adoption, innovation, and operational excellence across a rapidly evolving space.
