Job Description Required skills:
- 3-5 years of experience as a system admin and/or in a help desk role
- Must have a high school diploma. College is not required but a bachelor's degree (specifically in Computer Science) is a plus
- US Secret Clearance is required. Must have at least 1 year of active clearance time remaining.
- Certification-Security+ required
- Troubleshooting of computer systems, networking/connectivity, audio visual equipment
- Proficient use of Microsoft office systems
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, documentation policies, and inventory management
