Medical Oncologist Job - Seneca, Pennsylvania Full-Time Employed Solo Practice Service Line Leadership PSLF Eligible Clinical Role Do you know someone who may be a good fit for this position? Seeking a board certified or board eligible Medical Oncologist and/or Hematologist Candidates must have or be able to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license Join as the second physician in a busy medical oncology practice located on the hospital campus Practice offers the latest medical oncology treatments and participation in numerous clinical trials across the network Work within an integrated, physician-led network of clinicians Collaborate with experienced medical oncologists/hematologists, advanced practice providers, oncology nurses, laboratory staff, pharmacy, and support personnel Practice includes outpatient and inpatient medical consults, chemotherapy services, laboratory services, and supportive therapy visits Monday - Friday schedule Clinic and hospital hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shared call coverage with physician colleagues Opportunity for service line leadership Compensation & Incentives Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and training $50,000 sign-on bonus Productivity and quality-based incentives Educational loan repayment incentive CME days and CME stipend Relocation assistance Employer-paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance Benefits Package Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid short- and long-term disability Group life insurance Paid parental leave Generous paid time off 403(b) retirement plan with 50% employer match Employer-paid pension plan (participation in both plans) Tuition assistance for self, spouse/domestic partner, and dependents Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible About Seneca, Pennsylvania Seneca is a welcoming small town located in northwestern Pennsylvania, offering a high quality of life with a strong sense of community.
