About the Opportunity

Newark Fire Sprinkler Corp is a rapidly growing fire protection contractor specializing in new construction, service, inspections, and tenant fit-outs across New Jersey. We're looking for a Construction Sales Estimator to join our team and play a key role in helping us win new work and scale our already strong project pipeline.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review drawings, specs, and bid documents
• Prepare takeoffs and develop accurate project estimates
• Submit competitive bids and proposals
• Follow up with clients to help win new work
• Build relationships with GCs, developers, and construction managers
• Track and manage multiple active bids
• Maintain CRM updates and pipeline visibility
• Support project handoff to operations once awarded

 

What We're Looking For

• Experience in construction estimating or project support (fire protection a plus)
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Motivated, driven, and relationship-oriented

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Fire sprinkler or fire protection experience
• Familiarity with NFPA standards
• Experience with tools like Bluebeam, Procore, STACK, or Excel

Compensation
