Copier Operator

Our Copier Operator works closely with customers and our sales team, providing support with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Produce copy jobs, experience in Ricoh Machines
• Experience in Fiery system
• Schedule jobs by due dates indicated or as requested by management
• Call for copier maintenance when necessary and notify management
• Send monthly copier usage log to vendor
• Operate all copiers in accordance with equipment operating procedures
• Perform maintenance per the guidelines on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Communicate with the other employees and/or the customer for a complete understanding of the copy order
• Print manuals, brochures, envelopes, and business cards
• Perform troubleshooting with the equipment when necessary
• Order and stock inventory and supplies per the direction of management

Skills we are looking for:

• An understanding of copiers, their functions, and processes
• An aptitude for math and detail
• Able to apply written instructions about machine set-up and maintenance

Skills desired, but not required:

• Assist with job packaging as needed
• Comply with all OSHA safety requirements
• Experience with PrintSmith or PrintersPlan

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
