Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to support our Production teams in efficiently building Chiller systems for Datacenters. The role involves pulling and staging Units/Parts on the production floor and utilizing a Sit Down Propane Forklift for material movement. The position also includes warehouse cleaning and recycling tasks.
Responsibilities
- Operate Sit Down Propane Forklift to move materials 80% of the day.
- Pull and stage units/parts on the production floor.
- Assist with cleaning warehouse and recycling cardboard/wood pallets.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 1+ year of Sit Down Forklift experience within a Manufacturing environment.
- Experience in material handling, order picking, and inventory control.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory management.

Work Environment
Work in a large, climate-controlled warehouse with high ceilings and ample natural light. The facility is brand new and equipped with a small, family-like team. Enjoy a casual dress code, including steel toe boots, and flexible shifts from Monday to Friday with generous break times.
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $25.20/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
