To learn more details about our Total Rewards program, visit Qualifications Education/h3ulliHas a High School Diploma/GED./liliHas at least 1 year of sales experience (retail sales preferred)./liliDemonstrates experience in interviewing, hiring, and training people./liliExhibits an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store Associates at all levels./liliDisplays ability to train, coach and develop Associates to provide an engaging customer experience and execute operational tasks./liliExercises independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager, as needed./liliDemonstrates strong cognitive skills, including problem solving analysis, decision making, and financial and quantitative analysis./liliHas advanced working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures./liliCan work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours./liliHas basic computer skills./li/ulh3Physical Requirements and/or Environment/h3ulliAbility to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques./liliAbility to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting./liliAbility to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time./liliAt least 1+ years of Sales Experience required, preferably retail sales/li/ul/div
