Site Manager

Seeking experienced Site Manager for Plant in Allentown, PA. Site Manager: Salaried. General hours are M-F 7am to 4pm, but there are projects that may require after hours or weekends. The Facilities Site Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operation, and performance of all facilities management services at an assigned site. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of buildings, infrastructure, and support services while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting contractual, regulatory, and business objectives. The Facilities Site Manager leads multidisciplinary teams responsible for maintenance, janitorial, grounds, mailroom, workplace services, and other integrated facilities management (IFM) functions. The role also manages budgets, vendor performance, capital projects, compliance, and client relationships to support uninterrupted business operations. Key Responsibilities Site Operations Direct all day-to-day facilities operations across the assigned site. Ensure building systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Develop operational plans that align with client and company objectives. Maintain service levels in accordance with contractual SLAs and KPIs. Lead emergency response and business continuity activities. Leadership & People Management Lead supervisors, technicians, custodial staff, and administrative personnel. Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing teams. Conduct performance evaluations and career development planning. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer service. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning. Financial Management Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets. Control labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses. Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining service quality. Review invoices, purchase orders, and financial reports. Support forecasting and financial planning activities. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership. Conduct regular business reviews and operational meetings. Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and service requests. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and expand services. Maintain high client satisfaction scores. Maintenance & Asset Management Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Ensure effective utilization of CMMS systems. Monitor asset reliability and lifecycle planning. Coordinate major repairs and capital improvement projects. Drive equipment uptime and facility reliability initiatives. Vendor & Contract Management Manage third‑party contractors and service providers. Ensure vendor compliance with contractual obligations. Evaluate vendor performance using KPIs. Negotiate service agreements when appropriate. Coordinate specialized maintenance services. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and company policies. Lead safety meetings and incident investigations. Implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements. Maintain emergency preparedness plans. Continuous Improvement Implement Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or operational excellence initiatives. Analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
